Welcome to JAWC v2.5 : Another week of updates... I gotta say, Sweeny Todd is one fantastic musical... between the overlaying storylines, the macabre overtones, the lengths one will go to for revenge and justification of a lifetime of deceitful imprisonment away from his love... his daughter taken away, the wife left to die while the judge who imprisoned him for her and the daughter plots to marry the daughter... devious and evil... all the while Todd goes about working his way through the town befriending Lovett, whom knows who he really is... the madness, the famine that's affecting everyone... the boy who goes for the daughter and goes against the judge... and the finale... just... if you can watch it, go for it... then again, the music itself is freakin' awesome and if you listen to it, it's like the whole play abridged, and without the lulls between segments...
